Four rules.
If we work together, this is what you can expect. No fluff, no diet-of-the-month, no gimmicky equipment.

Strength first.

Every programme starts with three or four big compound lifts. We progress them every single week. Everything else is accessory.

Real food, mostly.

We're not selling you supplements. Eat enough protein, eat real carbs, sleep eight hours. The boring stuff works because it works.

Show up consistently.

Two perfect weeks a year is worse than 50 imperfect weeks. We design programmes that fit your actual life, not Instagram's.

Track what matters.

Lifts, sleep, energy, mood. Not just bodyweight. The number on the scale is the least useful number we'll talk about.
